The academics samples displayed on the next several pages are examples of classroom assignments I have completed during my graduate studies at the University of Tennessee. You'll find quite a mix. Many of the assignments required incorporating multimedia assets. Therefore, videos, flash and digital photos are included in several of the samples. Some assignments involved the Internet and web resources, while others involved writing research papers. I was fortunate that during my first semester I enrolled in an Instructional Design course. Knowledge from this class gave me the 'blueprint' to follow in successfully completing assignments in many of the courses that followed. Most of the assignments required me to hone my storyboarding, organizational and reflection skills while giving thought to the users/readers of the final product.
